A SPACE DESIGNED FOR CONNECTION
draft is a collective, a creative community, and a place to be inspired. It is a place for those focused on their creative endeavors and with a desire to connect with potential clients and collaborators.

draft was brought to life by the talents of local makers, designers, visionaries, storytellers, and fabricators.
Our Story
draft – a place to start, to pass through, to evolve, and to come back to when you need it.
Our mission is simple: to hold space for the entrepreneurial creative community in Indy.
We built draft alongside many talented makers and thinkers starting in 2020 and opened our doors in 2023. It was a feat! draft is really here to celebrate the individuals who are intentionally working on something. Whether they share it or not. Write the book, host the workshop, go off on your own to freelance, submit your art into an exhibition, start a speaker series. Our hope for draft is that we give people the community backdrop to feel held and seen and emboldened to share their talents with the broader community.
Building and running draft is an honor of a lifetime, we hope you’ll find your way here soon.
