Spacious and filled with natural light, the sunroom seats up to 18.  Designed for collaboration, this rentable meeting room has the amenities you need inside the airy design draft is known for. 

Your hourly rental includes:

  • 55" Samsung Frame TV for easy presentation
  • Whiteboard & markers
  • Wireless speaker
  • Flexible seating and table layouts
  • Access to shared garden space
  • Self-booking available after 1st rental

$400 a day – Available M-F 8a-5p 

For those full-day meetings, we’ve packaged everything you need to host your group comfortably. When you book a full-day, you get all the amenities of the hourly meetings, plus additional services and access to staff.

Daily rate reservations enjoy a complimentary coffee and tea bar set in the sunroom for you and your guests, and full access to our on-site meeting materials.

Our daily rate includes:

  • Up to 9 hours rental time of our sunroom
  • Complimentary Coffee & Tea Bar
  • Reserved garden set-up for lunch outdoors (food not provided)
  • Brainstorming materials- post-its, large pads, easels
  • Option for a custom Icebreaker welcome activity
  • Access to yoga mats, bolster pillows, and blankets
  • Option for a mid-day room reset
