draft is an intentionally designed space full of pieces and patterns made by local creatives, makers, and visionaries. It is a place and community without pretense.

We offer private studios, indoor and outdoor open spaces for working and daydreaming, and a shared kitchen and conference room. From the start, draft was designed to entice passive and active engagement with the environment and one another.
